Code of Conduct

§1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct defines the expected behavior and responsibilities of both the Mentor and the Mentee to ensure a professional, respectful, and productive mentoring relationship.

§2. Professionalism

  1. Both parties shall maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
  2. The Mentor commits to delivering mentoring services with expertise, diligence, and respect for the Mentee’s individual learning needs.
  3. The Mentee commits to engaging actively, preparing for sessions, and following agreed-upon plans and tasks.

§3. Respect and Confidentiality

  1. Both Mentor and Mentee shall treat each other with respect, refraining from any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
  2. Confidential information shared during mentoring sessions must not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

§4. Commitment and Punctuality

  1. Sessions will begin and end punctually as scheduled.
  2. The Mentee is expected to attend sessions on time and notify the Mentor in advance of any changes or cancellations, as defined in the Terms & Conditions.

§5. Use of Materials

  1. The Mentee agrees to use all mentoring materials solely for personal learning and not to reproduce or distribute them without permission.

§6. Feedback and Communication

  1. Constructive feedback is encouraged to maintain and improve the mentoring process.
  2. Both parties shall communicate openly about progress, challenges, and expectations.

§7. Compliance

  1. The parties agree to abide by the Mentoring Terms & Conditions and this Code of Conduct.
  2. Any violations may result in termination of the mentoring agreement as specified in the Terms & Conditions.
