Ewa boosted my confidence, guided me with my projects, and encouraged me to move forward. She also taught me to develop technical skills with a clear plan, not fear. One tangible outcome is thanks to her advices, I approached my employer about my compensation, highlighting that my current salary does not align with the market rates for my role. I proposed exploring a different set of responsibilities that could benefit both the company and myself. Ultimately, they conducted their own research on market rates and agreed to increase my salary. Thank to Ewa’s guidance during the process!

For several months we met with Ewa regularly to discuss topics related to career development in IT, productivity, different roles in the industry, as well as building self-confidence and dealing with imposter syndrome.
